Illuminada condos in the Oliver neighbourhood of Edmonton are comprised of two 12 storey high rise concrete construction towers.  Constructed by WAM developments, now ONE Properties, the project was one of their first in the Edmonton area and would later help establish themselves as industry leaders.  WAM Developments rebranded in 2017 to become ONE Properties.  They are currently partners with Katz Group in the development of a number of high rise condo towers in the ICE District. 

Phase 1 of Illuminada condos was built in 2004 and contains 62 condos while tower 2 built in 2006 contains 49 condos.

 The two high rise condo towers feature air-conditioned suites, underground parking for residents and visitors, a car wash bay and a guest suite. The main floor of both high rise condo towers consists of retail space, with a variety of conveniences for residents, notably Starbucks in the East tower. 

Illuminada condos in Edmonton are located on the west end of Jasper Avenue on the same block as Earls and numerous other dining and shopping conveniences.  Steps to the river valley pathways, ICE and brewery districts as well as the University of Alberta.
