Constructed in 1912, the Phillips Loft condo building in Edmonton features locally sourced brick and limestone. The building was purchased in the 50’s and converted from a warehouse to a commercial space and named after the owners first grandson.
Worthington Properties, a local Edmonton based developer purchased the property at a time when it was scheduled for demolition. Worthington properties hired Chandos Construction to execute a complete restoration and renovation of the building and renewed much of it to its original character.
