Highrise Edmonton Condos March Board Statistics

The condo market in Edmonton continued on a similar trend as in previous months in 2018, slight improvements over the previous months however a marked decrease in year over year numbers as compared to 2017.  We have yet to see the spring rush of activity, possibly due to the fact that we haven’t yet enjoyed spring.  The typical spring rush may be delayed this year, however we won’t likely know until the end of may as undesirable weather still persists.  March year over year condominium sales decreased by 14.82% in the CMA of Edmonton.

Condominium average prices decreased 1.10% compared to February 2018 and decreased 3.47% relative to March 2017. 

 Condominium average days on market was 72, down from 75 the previous month, and up from 67 in March 2017
