February saw increases in both sales and prices in all market segments, month over month and year over year.  The average price of a condo was $236,808, an increase of 4% month over month and 1.48% year over year says the Edmonton Real Estate Board. Average days on market reduced from January and in February condos required 75 average days to achieve a sale.  These are all positives in the marketplace and it will be interesting to see if this translates into a trend and a strong spring market.
