Ultima high rise condos in Edmonton by Westrich Pacific Corp. was the Edmonton based developers fourth high rise condo project in the city.  Completed mid-2016 the high rise condo tower consists of 199 suites across 32 floors. Ultima condos main floor features commercial and retail space on either side of the entry and the 3rd and 4th floors were sold as live/work lofts.  Floors 5-9 were marketed as villa suites and 10-32 as tower suites. The building features a fully stocked exercise room and 9th floor amenity space with wet bar, entertaining space and hot tub, cabanas, bbq pit and fireplace on the exterior.  

The location is superb, directly next to Rogers Arena and steps to shopping, entertainment and nightlife.  The main floor features commercial space and as of writing is home to a Vietnamese bar/restaurant and a coffee shop.
